10 Years of Service: Celebrating QVet Jacquetta P.

On June 15, 2025, Jacquetta Palmer celebrated ten years of service with Quevera, becoming the second member of the QTeam to reach this meaningful achievement. Her decade-long journey reflects a rare combination of dedication, adaptability, and behind-the-scenes leadership that helped shape Quevera during its earliest days and continues to support the company today.

From the beginning, Jacquetta played a critical role in helping get Quevera’s operations off the ground. As the company grew, she became a steady force across people services, talent support, security, facilities, and human resources, helping establish the processes and structure that allowed teams to focus on mission success. Much of that work happened quietly, but its impact was foundational, creating stability during periods of growth, transition, and change.

Throughout her time at Quevera, Jacquetta has been known as someone others rely on. She brought consistency to complex operational needs, ensured teams remained informed and compliant, and supported employees at every stage of their journey. Whether guiding onboarding efforts, managing operational workflows, coordinating security requirements, or supporting facilities and HR needs, her approach was always thoughtful, thorough, and grounded in care for both people and mission.

Her contributions also extended into security and compliance efforts, where she supported audit readiness, maintained documentation, coordinated required trainings, and helped identify and address vulnerabilities. These efforts strengthened organizational readiness and ensured teams were equipped with the knowledge and resources they needed to operate confidently within agency standards.

Tyler G. also reflected on her contributions, noting that “her work played a critical role in supporting security compliance, coordinating audit efforts, maintaining documentation, educating teams on required practices, and ensuring systems and people remained aligned with agency standards. Her diligence and consistency helped teams stay prepared and supported.”

After spending time supporting mission work on contract, Jacquetta is now stepping back into the People Service Director role, bringing with her an even deeper perspective shaped by both operational leadership and customer-facing experience. Her return reflects the same commitment that has defined her career at Quevera: supporting people, strengthening the organization, and helping teams succeed.
